About IIT Indore
IIT Indore located at Simrol, Khandwa Road, Madhya Pradesh, is one of the eight new Indian Institutes of Technology (IIT) established by the Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD), Government of India in 2008-09. Recently IIT Indore is ranked 15th amongst all engineering universities and institutions in India and a very impressive 5th in teaching and resource category by MHRD as per NIRF 2017.

IIT Indore started the Discipline of Mathematics in July 2009. The Institute has three different schools and the Discipline of Mathematics is functioning under the School of Basic Sciences. The faculty members of the Discipline are well equipped to conduct high-quality research programs in both pure and applied mathematics, also engaged in interdisciplinary research activities. About ICMMSC-2018
The International Conference on Mathematical Modelling and Scientific Computing (ICMMSC-2018) will be held at Indian Institute of Technology Indore, India, on July 19-21, 2018. This conference is meant for researchers from academia, industries, technology and R&D organizations all over the globe interested in the broad area of applied mathematics and scientific computation like, differential equation, modeling, simulation, dynamical systems, numerical analysis, matrix theory, inverse problems, solid and fluid mechanics, stochastic processes, computational engineering, etc. It will put special emphasis on the participants of Ph.D. students, Post-Doctoral fellows and other young researchers from all over the world.

This conference aims to bring together mathematicians working on new trends in computational and applied fields. It will be beneficial to bring together groups experts from diverse fields to discuss recent progress and to share ideas on open questions. The conference will feature world-class keynote speakers in the main areas.
